Ghost
StrulovitzGhost is a multi-layer Pepper's Ghost display system — six half-transparent layers arranged in physical depth, creating a holographic-like 3D illusion from AI-generated images. The setup is beautifully simple: three gaming monitors laid flat on a table, and six reflective layers made from ordinary CD/DVD cases. You describe a scene in text, and AI generates six transparent PNGs — one per depth layer — for physical display. Two modes: Text To Ghost (generate a fantasy scene from a description) and Image To Ghost (decompose an existing painting into depth layers). Runs 100% locally — no cloud AI, ever. Works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. One-click setup with setup.bat.

Hive
The BeehiveOfAI distributed AI platform. You need different software depending on your role. If you are a Worker Bee (earning money with your idle computer) or a Queen Bee (running a hive) or a Beekeeper (submitting AI jobs): install HoneycombOfAI — the client software with a native GUI. If you are a Farmer-Market-Manager (running the platform as a marketplace operator): deploy BeehiveOfAI — the website server. For hierarchical hives (unlimited depth — RajaBees coordinating GiantQueens coordinating DwarfQueens): use KillerBee (the website/server) and GiantHoneyBee (the client). Every piece is free, open source, and runs on consumer hardware. Full setup instructions are in each repository's README and in the books (chapters 7 and 11).

Books
Two free books explain everything — from the core idea of task parallelism through the full hierarchical architecture to the industry-by-industry analysis of what the Hive changes. Both are available to read online on GitHub, and also on Library Genesis and the Internet Archive (search for "Nir Strulovitz").
