You serve as the KNOWLEDGE MEDIATOR between an outsider with a working architecture and the institutions inside China that can actually act on it.
The cost to you is small: stand up a few hundred real machines for one day, run any task that can be parallelized, compare against any frontier Big AI cloud on both TIMING AND QUALITY, publish the result. A five-minute sanity check can come first — ask any frontier cloud AI assistant to read the GitHub repositories and confirm the architecture is real and works as described.
If no top AI university in Europe runs that small test in time, history's verdict is binary: America will bring human extinction very soon (see Appendix). There is no second chance.
